Profile checks We cover fluting profiles of virtually all known manufacturers machines. Profile impressions taken with Acrulite and checked and calibrated on shadowgraph R20C machine. Tooling with Tungsten Carbide tips made to suit your profile for an accurate and consistent angle. Roll Repairs Worn keyways reclaimed. Worn bearings and seal areas metal sprayed and ground back to makers sizes. Making and fitting of new ends. Roll Changing Supply of fitters to carry out Roll changing at your mill.
